Blackfin Realty, LLC is a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage focused on investment real estate, land and development opportunities.
Our experience goes back to 1978 and includes buying, selling, developing and repositioning real estate throughout Central Florida. We bring an investor's perspective to every property because we have spent decades working on our own real estate investments as well as helping friends, investors and developers identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Our background includes land development, assemblages, tax deeds, foreclosures, entitlements, income-producing properties and creative real estate strategies. We understand that sometimes the real value of a property isn't immediately obvious — it has to be uncovered.
We are not a high-volume residential brokerage. We look at the property, the opportunity and the strategy behind the transaction.
